Pod Point are pioneers of EV charging. Founded as far back as 2009 they are the preferred partner for many car manufacturers.  

The 7kw Solo 3 smart charger is the latest version of the ever-popular Solo range.  It is available in both tethered and non- tethered universal socket variants and can provide up to 30 miles of range per charging hour. This is around 3 times faster than a 3-pin plug.

Pair your Solo 3 with the Pod Point App and you can schedule your charging remotely.  View or download charging stats to maximise your mileage per charge.  Software updates are automatic via your home Wi-Fi.

The tethered unit has a generous 7.5m cable which compares favourably with the 5m offered as standard with some other brands.

The Solo 3 has Pen fault protection and Load Balancing as standard.

At 330mm high and 290mm wide, you couldn’t describe it as petite, but it is pretty.  Some would say stylish and sophisticated. There are no colour options but there are more cable entry options than many of it’s rivals, meaning supply cables can be far more discreet.
